1 ½ c. balsamic vinaigrette dressing |
Directions
- Place pork chops in a large resealable bag. Pour vinaigrette dressing over chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Prepare medium-hot grill.
- Remove chops from marinade and pat dry. Discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chops directly over heat for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Wrap and refrigerate remaining 4 chops for up to 3 days.
- Serves 4 with leftover meat for Grilled Pork Panini.
