    1 lbs. baby red potatoes, quartered
    1 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
    ¼ c. light parmesan and asiago balsamic vinaigrette
    3 tbsp. freshly grated asiago cheese
    Hy-Vee freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Place potatoes in pot of water; cover and bring to a boil. Cook potatoes just until tender. Uncover, add green beans and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until potatoes and green beans are tender; drain.
    2. Combine potatoes, beans and vinaigrette. Garnish with cheese and pepper, serve immediately.
