Balsamic Potatoes and Green Beans with Parmesan and Asiago

1 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces | ||
¼ c. light parmesan and asiago balsamic vinaigrette | ||
3 tbsp. freshly grated asiago cheese | ||
Hy-Vee freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Place potatoes in pot of water; cover and bring to a boil. Cook potatoes just until tender. Uncover, add green beans and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until potatoes and green beans are tender; drain.
- Combine potatoes, beans and vinaigrette. Garnish with cheese and pepper, serve immediately.
