2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced | ||
2 medium ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch rounds | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select maple syrup, divided | ||
½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
½ c. crushed Hy-Vee graham crackers | ||
⅓ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee butter | ||
cinnamon ice cream, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In an 8-by-8-inch baking dish, toss apples and bananas with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
- In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, graham crackers, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles small peas. Sprinkle oat mixture on top of fruit. Drizzle with remaining tablespoon maple syrup.
- Cover dish with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with cinnamon ice cream if desired.
