1 c. Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee margarine, softened | ||
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed | ||
1 egg | ||
¼ tsp. lemon extract | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice | ||
1 ¾ c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg Hy-Vee dried mixed fruit | ||
1 (2 oz) pkg Hy-Vee slivered almonds |
Directions
- With an electric mixer, beat sugar and margarine in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add bananas, egg and lemon extract. Beat well.
- In a small mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and spice. Add to banana mixture and mix well.
- Stir in oats, fruit and almonds.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto foil.
- Bake in a 375-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
