1 (1.34 oz) pkg sugar-free chocolate cook-and-serve pudding mix | ||
⅔ c. nonfat dry milk powder | ||
1 ½ c. water | ||
1 tsp. vanilla extract | ||
2 c. diced bananas | ||
½ c. miniature marshmallows | ||
¼ c. chopped walnuts |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, until mixture thickens and starts to boil.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Place saucepan on a wire rack and allow to cool for 10 minutes, stirring again after 5 minutes.
- Add bananas, marshmallows and walnuts. Mix gently to combine.
- Evenly spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
