Banana Cream Dessert

¾ c. margarine, melted | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened | ||
1 c. powdered sugar | ||
1 (16 oz) container Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided | ||
3 or 4 bananas, peeled and sliced | ||
2 packet(s) instant vanilla pudding mix | ||
3 c. milk |
Directions
- Mix flour and melted margarine. Spread in 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
- Slice bananas over cream cheese layer.
- Mix pudding and milk until thick. Spread over banana layer.
- Spread remaining 8 ounces of thawed Cool Whip over top.
- Refrigerate until serving time. Store dessert in refrigerator.
