¾ c. quinoa | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 ripe bananas | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Delecta sweetener | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract |
Directions
- Bring water and quinoa to a boil in saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, blend milk, bananas and sweetener in blender until smooth.
- Pour milk mixture into cooked quinoa.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently about 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.
- Stir in vanilla and serve warm.
