½ c. barbecue sauce | ||
1 tbsp. minced onion | ||
2 tbsp. brown sugar | ||
1 packet(s) refrigerated biscuits | ||
¾ c. shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Brown ground beef. Drain.
- Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar to meat.
- Put biscuits in muffin tins. Work dough up sides of tins, leaving a well in middle.
- Spoon ground beef mixture into biscuit cups. Top with cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
