1 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee white vinegar | ||
1 small onion, finely chopped | ||
½ small green bell pepper, finely chopped | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, diced | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee American cheese | ||
4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns |
Directions
- Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, barbeque sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook patties on grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Top patties with cheese. Serve on hamburger buns.
