Directions
In a small saucepan, add 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add barbecue sauce, chicken broth, hot sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
In a large saucepan, add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook for 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, turning once. Stir in sauce and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Serve shrimp with lemon wedges. If desired, garnish with parsley.
