    ¼ c. low-fat Italian dressing
    ¼ c. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder

    Directions

    1. In a large non-stick skillet, brown pork chops on one side over medium-high heat.
    2. Turn chops and add remaining ingredients to pan, stirring to blend.
    3. Cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
