1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced | ||

2 Hy-Vee pre-made beef kabobs, grilled and cut into bite-size pieces | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee deli Swiss or Provolone cheese |

Directions
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until caramelized.
Add grilled beef and veggies from kabobs. Cook until warmed through (165 degrees).
Place beef and vegetables on toasted hoagie buns. Cover each hoagie with a slice of cheese. Wrap each hoagie in aluminum foil and bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
