½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
⅓ c. fat-free sour cream | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee horseradish |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub roast with seasoning and salt.
- Bake roast until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees for rare or 135 for medium-rare. Remove from oven; cover with foil. Let rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Stir together sour cream and horseradish. Serve with roast.
