    1 (5.5 lb) standing rib roast
    3 tbsp. McCormick salt-free chicken seasoning
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ⅓ c. fat-free sour cream
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee horseradish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub roast with seasoning and salt.
    2. Bake roast until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees for rare or 135 for medium-rare. Remove from oven; cover with foil. Let rest for 20-30 minutes.
    3. Stir together sour cream and horseradish. Serve with roast.
