1 beef bouillon cube | ||
½ c. green pepper, sliced thinly | ||
1 ⅓ c. Minute Rice |
Directions
- Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain.
- Mix rest of ingredients with meat.
- Either place in slow cooker on medium heat and simmer for 4 hours, or cook in the large skillet until tender.
