Directions
For outdoor grilling, heat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
Shape beef into 6 (3-in. dia.) patties. Cook beef patties on outdoor grill or in a grill pan over medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F, turning once halfway through cooking.
Spread 1/2 Tbsp. chipotle yogurt sauce on the cut sides of each top and bottom bun. Serve beef patties on buns. Top each patty with a square of Cheddar cheese. Reserve remaining chipotle yogurt sauce for another use.
