3 lbs. cube steak, cut into strips | ||
1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee large egg noodles | ||
½ medium Vidalia onion, chopped | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee stems and pieces mushrooms, drained | ||
1 (12 oz) jar Hy-Vee beef gravy | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee sour cream |
Directions
- Cook and drain steak.
- Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Add onions and pepper to meat and sauté over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in mushrooms, gravy and sour cream. Let simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve over hot noodles.
