Directions
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
- Place a 9-by-13-inch disposable aluminum pan on grill; add beer and sliced onions to foil pan. Bring to a boil, add brats and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove brats from beer mixture and grill, over medium heat, 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Serve brats on buns.
