    Description

    You can very easily add these mocktails to an Italian brunch buffet. Just place the fruit puree in a bowl next to the bottles of sparkling juice and let your guests build their own drinks.

    1 c. frozen tropical mixed fruit or mangoes
    ¾ c. apricot nectar, chilled
    2 bottle(s) sparkling grape juice, chilled

    Directions

    1. Place frozen fruit and fruit juice in a blender. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Blend until smooth. Puree will be thick.
    2. Place 2 tablespoons fruit puree in the bottom of each of 8 champagne flutes. Slowly stir in sparkling grape juice and stir to combine.
