    2 c. strawberries, rinsed, stemmed and then halved
    1 c. blueberries
    1 c. blackberries
    ¼ c. plus 1 tbsp Hy-Vee orange juice, divided
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream, whipped
    1 tsp. orange zest
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    Additional orange zest, if desired
    Fresh mint, if desired

    Directions

    1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, blackberries,1/4 cup orange juice and sugar in bowl; cover and chill 30 minutes.
    2. In a medium bowl, fold together whipped cream, 1 teaspoon orange zest, 1 tablespoon orange juice and powdered sugar.
    3. Spoon berry mixture into each of 4 glass bowls; top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping mixture. Garnish with orange zest and fresh mint, if desired.
