4 c. Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee flake coconut | ||
¼ c. wheat germ | ||
⅔ c. light agave nectar | ||
1 tbsp. water | ||
1 tsp. vanilla | ||
2 tbsp. walnut oil | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried blueberries | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine quick oats, coconut and wheat germ in a large bowl.
- Stir together agave nectar, water, vanilla and walnut oil. Add to quick oat mixture, stirring well to coat.
- Spread into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Add blueberries and cranberries after baking. Store granola in airtight container.
