2 c. vanilla frozen yogurt | ||

Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F).
- Place berries, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl; toss to combine. Transfer berry mixture to a 9-by-13-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Fold up edges of foil to form a packet. Crimp and tightly seal edges.
- Place foil packet on grill. Grill 10 minutes or until the berries release their juices.
- Spoon frozen yogurt into individual dishes. Top with warm berry sauce and mint, and serve.
