½ tsp. dried tarragon | ||
½ tsp. dried thyme | ||

8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery whole-grain sandwich bread | ||
12 oz. thin slices Di Lusso deli turkey | ||
1 c. thinly sliced red apple | ||
1 bunch(es) watercress or arugula |
Directions
- In small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, thyme and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread half the mayonnaise mixture evenly over 4 slices of the bread. Top with turkey, apple and watercress.
- Spread remaining bread slices with remaining mayonnaise and place on top of watercress.
