    Zoet white chocolate, melted, for garnish
    Rainbow sprinkles, for garnish
    2 oz. birthday cake-flavored vodka
    1 oz. Bailey's almond liqueur
    2 oz. Hy-Vee unsweetened original almond milk
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee light brown sugar, packed
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    Hy-Vee buttercream frosting, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Use your serving glass as a guide to cut out a piece of cake; set cake aside. Dip the rim into melted white chocolate and immediately into sprinkles, fill with ice; set cocktail glass aside. 

    2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine cake-flavored vodka, almond liqueur, almond milk, brown sugar, and vanilla. Cover and shake until well combined and chilled. Strain into prepared cocktail glass. Top with reserved cake cut-out. If desired, top with buttercream, additional sprinkles, and a birthday candle. Serve immediately.
