3 tbsp. German-style grainy mustard
½ c. diced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. fresh thyme
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
¾ c. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Process vinegar, mustard, onion, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in blender until shallot and garlic are finely chopped, about 15 seconds.
  2. With blender running, add oil and continue to process until smooth and emulsified, about 15 seconds.
