1 lbs. chicken tenders, in 3/4-inch pieces | ||
1 c. coarsely chopped onion | ||
1 (15.5 oz) can black beans, drained | ||
1 (15.5 oz) can Great Northern beans, drained | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained | ||
2 tbsp. Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix |
Directions
- Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until pan is hot.
- Add chicken and onion. Cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
- Stir in black beans, Great Northern beans, stewed tomatoes and chili seasoning mix.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
