1 (1.12 oz) packet Durkee Grill Creations black peppercorn marinade mix | ||
¼ c. water | ||
¼ c. vegetable oil | ||
2 tbsp. white vinegar | ||
1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch to 2-inch cubes | ||
2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch to 2-inch wedges | ||
4 green or red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch to 2-inch wedges | ||
Hot cooked rice, optional |
Directions
- Combine marinade mix, water, vegetable oil and vinegar in a resealable plastic bag. Add meat, turning to coat. Marinate 15 minutes.
- Remove meat from marinade. Discard remaining marinade.
- Place meat and vegetables alternately on skewers.
- Broil or grill 8 to 12 minutes, or until meat is cooked though.
- Serve kabobs on hot cooked rice, if desired.
