    1 (1.12 oz) packet Durkee Grill Creations black peppercorn marinade mix
    ¼ c. water
    ¼ c. vegetable oil
    2 tbsp. white vinegar
    1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch to 2-inch cubes
    2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch to 2-inch wedges
    4 green or red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch to 2-inch wedges
    Hot cooked rice, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine marinade mix, water, vegetable oil and vinegar in a resealable plastic bag. Add meat, turning to coat. Marinate 15 minutes.
    2. Remove meat from marinade. Discard remaining marinade.
    3. Place meat and vegetables alternately on skewers.
    4. Broil or grill 8 to 12 minutes, or until meat is cooked though.
    5. Serve kabobs on hot cooked rice, if desired.
