Bleu Cheese Mousse with Red Grapes and Walnuts

    ½ lbs. bleu cheese
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
    heavy cream
    1 packet(s) table crackers
    24 grapes, halved
    24 walnut pieces
    salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. In food processor, pulse bleu cheese and 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth. With machine is running, add heavy cream in a slow, steady stream. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Transfer to a pastry bag fitted with star tip. Pipe cheese onto table crackers.
    3. Garnish with red grapes and walnut pieces.
