½ c. crumbled blue cheese | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh thyme | ||
2 tsp. kosher salt | ||
½ tsp. cracked Hy-Vee black pepper |
Directions
- In mixer with paddle attachment, whip butter until very smooth. Slowly mix remaining ingredients into butter.
- Use to brush on grilled steaks, chicken and breads.
