1 lbs. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
½ c. crumbled blue cheese
¼ c. chopped fresh thyme
2 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. cracked Hy-Vee black pepper

Directions

  1. In mixer with paddle attachment, whip butter until very smooth. Slowly mix remaining ingredients into butter.
  2. Use to brush on grilled steaks, chicken and breads.
