Blueberry Coffee Cake

2 c. blueberries or 1 bag frozen blueberries | ||
1 c. chopped walnuts | ||
1 c. brown sugar | ||
2 tsp. cinnamon | ||
½ c. butter, melted |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a 13-by-9-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together oil, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan.
- Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
