    1 tsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    1 (3.5 oz) Hunts vanilla pudding cup, divided
    2 mini graham cracker pie crusts
    2 tbsp. thawed Hy-Vee light whipped topping, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine blueberries and sugar. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once. Cool 20 minutes.
    2. Evenly spoon pudding into pie crusts. Top with blueberries and whipped topping, if desired.
