1 navel orange, zested and juiced | ||

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, salt, bourbon, orange zest and juice to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, add rosemary sprigs and steep for 15 minutes.
Before serving, remove rosemary sprigs, serve warm. Garnish with additional rosemary or orange slices.
