Directions
Dredge pork in flour, dip in egg whites, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork to pan. Cook for about 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Spray surface of chops with cooking spray; turn chops over. Cook another 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
