Directions
Coat a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Break on egg into skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until white is completely set and yolk starts to thicken. Remove egg from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remaining eggs; keep warm.
Cook sausage according to package directions. Cut each piece into thirds. Place one egg on each tortilla. Add sausage, avocado, red pepper, and green onion. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
