Directions
Stir together broccoli, sour cream, and 1/2 cup three cheese blend in a medium bowl; set aside. Combine remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs in a small bowl; set aside.
Lay chicken breasts flat on a cutting board; pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of chicken breasts with chicken seasoning blend. Cut 3 or 4 crosswise slits on top of each chicken breast, about 3/4 of the way down. Place chicken breast in rimmed baking pan with slits side on top.
Stuff the sour cream mixture into each slit. Top chicken breast with bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
