1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee bacon bits | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee cashews | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
1 ½ c. light BLT ranch dressing |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cheese, bacon bits, cashews and cranberries.
- Stir in dressing to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to chill.
