Broccoli with Dijon Sauce

1 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Simmer broccoli, covered, in water for 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
- While broccoli is cooking, stir together mustard, olive oil and vinegar.
- Stir in mustard sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
