1 c. Hy-Vee frozen broccoli florets
¼ c. water
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Simmer broccoli, covered, in water for 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
  2. While broccoli is cooking, stir together mustard, olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Stir in mustard sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
