Broiled Cheddar and Turkey Sandwiches

¼ c. reduced-calorie Thousand Island dressing | ||
4 (1 oz each) sliced whole wheat bread, toasted | ||
1 c. alfalfa sprouts | ||
2 c. shredded cooked turkey | ||
½ c. (2 oz) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing over each toasted bread slice.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Top each with 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 cup turkey, 2 tomato slices and 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
- Broil 5-1/2 inches from the heat source for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
