¼ c. fresh chopped basil | ||
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, cubed | ||
½ c. reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt |
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, vinaigrette, salt and pasta; toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
