4 Baking Stone ciabatta rolls | ||
12 strips Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and diced | ||
1 c. bleu cheese crumbles | ||
Buffalo sauce, to taste |
Directions
- Place shredded lettuce and tomato slice on bottom roll, top with burger patty, diced bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce and top bun.
- Form ground beef into 4 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
