Cut beef strips thinly so they quickly absorb the hot-sweet-salty marinade.Prepare Spicy Dipping Sauce: Combine chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
Thread beef, bell pepper, zucchini and onion onto skewers. Grill until beef is cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally. Allow 10 minutes for medium-rare (130 degrees) and 12 to 13 minutes for medium (140 degrees).
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over skewers. If desired, garnish with onion tops. Serve with Spicy Dipping Sauce.
