4 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine, melted | ||
1 (12 oz) jar hot fudge sauce, divided | ||
½ gal. Blue Bunny vanilla ice cream, softened | ||
2 Butterfinger bars, crushed |
Directions
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted margarine. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining cookie mixture in 9-by-13 inch pan. Drizzle half of hot fudge sauce over cookie mixture.
- Mix softened ice cream with crushed Butterfinger bars. Spread ice cream mixture over cookie crust. Drizzle with remaining hot fudge sauce and top with reserved Oreo cookies. Freeze until firm.
