½ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter | ||
2 c. chow mein noodles | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee fun miniature marshmallows |
Directions
- Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat on HIGH for 45 seconds. Stir.
- Heat an additional 30 to 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chow mein noodles and marshmallows.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- Chill in refrigerator.
