    1 (17.5-oz) pkg. Hy-Vee sugar cookie mix
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    1 (11-oz.) pkg. Hershey's kitchens butterscotch chips

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    2. In a medium bowl, mix together sugar cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg until soft dough forms. Fold in butterscotch chips.

    3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, or until edges have lightly browned.

    4. Cool cookies 1 minute on cookie sheet, then remove to wire cooling rack. Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
