3 c. shredded cabbage | ||
¾ c. shredded carrots | ||
½ c. finely diced celery | ||
¼ c. finely diced onion | ||
½ c. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
¼ tsp. lemon pepper | ||
2 tsp. prepared horseradish | ||
sugar substitute (enough to equal 2 tablespoons sugar) | ||
1 tbsp. white vinegar | ||
1 tsp. celery seed |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, celery and onion.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper, horseradish, sugar substitute, vinegar, and celery seed.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine. cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
