Directions
- In a large bowl, lightly mix turkey, green onions, Cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 16 patties.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add half of turkey bites and cook until browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 5 minutes per side. Remove bites to platter; cover and keep warm. Repeat with remaining bites.
- Meanwhile, cook sweet potato fries according to package directions. To serve, spread party dip onto sweet potato fries; top with burger bites and salsa.
- Variation: Peel, devein and rinse 16 large (16- to 12-count) shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels and toss with Cajun seasoning. Saute shrimp in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until pink. Serve on sweet potato fries as directed in step 3. Serve burger bites or shrimp bites with guacamole, if desired.
