    2 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded, or cubed
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 tbsp. garlic, minced
    4 (8-inch) Hy-Vee low-carb flour tortillas
    4 c. Hy-Vee shredded iceberg lettuce, divided

    Directions

    1. Combine chili powder, vegetable oil, and cumin in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.

    2. Mix seasoned chicken, sour cream, and garlic in a medium bowl.

    3. Spoon about 3/4 cup chicken mixture into each tortilla. Top each with 1 cup lettuce. Roll up and serve immediately.
