Description
These Cajun Grilled Onions make the perfect topper for your freshly grilled burger or steak. Pair with a Pale Ale or Chardonnay wine.

1 large Vidalia onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices |
Directions
- Mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning and hot pepper sauce and brush over onion slices.
- Grill over medium heat about 12 minutes or until browned, turning once.
