These Cajun Grilled Onions make the perfect topper for your freshly grilled burger or steak. Pair with a Pale Ale or Chardonnay wine.

2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 large Vidalia onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Directions

  1. Mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning and hot pepper sauce and brush over onion slices.
  2. Grill over medium heat about 12 minutes or until browned, turning once.
