1 lbs. tilapia fillets (about 4 fillets) | ||
Cajun seasoning, to taste |
Directions
- To make salsa, combine lime juice, honey, mango, peaches, cilantro and salt. Stir gently to combine. Set aside.
- Sprinkle tilapia fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Serve with peach mango salsa.
