    4 (6 oz each) tilapia fillets
    Juice of 1 lime, divided
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (11 oz) can Mexicorn, drained
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 tbsp. chopped green onion
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tilapia on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp lime juice and Cajun seasoning. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    2. To make salsa, combine remaining lime juice, black beans, Mexicorn, tomato, green onion and salt, if desired.
    3. Serve fish with salsa.
