Description
Here's a sweet and simple no-bake dessert for kids or adults that's full of good-for-you ingredients. For a nut-seed-fruit combo, try using almonds, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries in place of the chocolate pieces.

½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate pieces, protein powder, vanilla and salt. Divide into 10 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
